Be an early bird and rest easy

IF you’re applying for uni in semester 1, 2019, the early bird deadline is fast approaching. Early bird applications through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) close at midnight on Friday 28 September 2018, after which higher fees are charged.

So far nearly 36,000 people have applied through UAC for uni in 2019, choosing from more than 2,000 courses.

Even if you’re not sure about what you want to study, there’s no need to delay, you can change your preferences as many times as you like after you apply. You can then focus on your studies.

Now is the time to apply because many courses, including popular medical and music courses, having early closing dates. Check UAC’s course search so you don’t miss out.
