ICMS accommodation

ICMS aims to ensure that students under 18 receive the appropriate accommodation, support and general welfare while studying with us.

How ICMS supports under 18s

If you love travel, ICMS offers you some amazing opportunities to gain an international study experience while studying your degree. Through the ICMS exchange program you can study at one of our partner universities in the USA. It’s a great way to get some international experience on your resume, make new friends, enhance your personal development, and learn about another culture.

You can choose from a wide range of courses offered, many of which may not be offered at ICMS. Regardless of what you’re studying, there is an exchange program to suit you. As exchange is part of your degree, it does not add time onto your program. You remain enrolled full time at ICMS and at the end of your exchange, your studies overseas may be credited towards your degree. If you are on exchange you won’t be required to pay tuition fees to your host university, making exchange both time and cost effective.

ICMS exchange programs

At ICMS we believe that the best learning experience combines practical real-world experience with a strong academic foundation.

All ICMS bachelor degrees and masters programs include industry training – an internship component – as part of the course of study. Bachelor degrees and masters degrees at ICMS offer two trimesters of industry training. As an integral part of your program, industry training will not add any further time to your course.

Industry training is also known as work-integrated learning or an internship.

Our degree students undertake an internship with an industry partner within their chosen industry – giving ICMS students a distinct edge over other graduates.

Industry training internships are organised by the dedicated on-site ICMS work-integrated learning (WIL) team. The WIL team also help our students with resume development and interview practice as well as coaching and guidance throughout their internship.

ICMS has an impressive network of over 1,000 industry partners, including leading organisations in Australia and globally. Our partners provide invaluable industry insight and experience to help shape your qualifications and ensure you are exposed to industry best practice. When you study with us, you will learn directly from the best in the business through your industry training experience, on-site visits and guest lectures.
