Get ready – uni offers coming next week
MANY 2024 NSW HSC students will soon have all the information they need to start planning for next year. Their ATARs were released today and they'll find out next week if they’ve been offered a place at university in 2025.
The next key date is Monday 23 December, when the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) will release ATAR-based university offers to Year 12 students. Offers will be available from 7.30am. Students will receive an email, or they can check their offer by logging into their application on UAC’s website.
Students planning to finalise their course preferences for this offer round must act quickly – preferences close at 11.59pm tonight, Wednesday 18 December.
Kim Paino, Interim Managing Director, encourages students to use this time wisely, ‘Now that students have their results, they need to turn their attention to their university application. For those wanting to change their preferences, think about all your options and reach out to UAC or universities for support. There’s not much time – you only have until the end of today, but hopefully you’ve already been thinking about this and now you can focus on making your final choices.’
For students with questions about their application or preferences, UAC’s Customer Service team is ready to assist. The team is offering extended support hours, operating until 6.30pm on Friday 20 December. Students can call Customer Service on (02) 9752 0200.
Take charge of your future—finalise your preferences today and get ready for the next step in your academic journey.
