Early bird discount last chance

WITH just days to go, the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) is urging Year 12 students to submit their applications before 11.59pm, Wednesday 30 September, before the early bird discount ends.

And there's no reason to wait until everything is figured out. Students who apply before the deadline can continue changing their course preferences as many times as they like – completely free of charge – right up until after their final results land in December.

While university applications for Semester 1, 2027 remain open until Friday 5 February 2027, the cost of applying rises after this week's deadline passes.

The message from UAC is simple: apply now, save money, decide later.

Need help applying?

Free step-by-step guidance is available on the UAC Digital YouTube channel and the apply FAQs on UAC’s website.

Students can also speak directly with UAC’s Customer Service team on (02) 9752 0200, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
