ATARs released in one week

11 Dec 2020

AROUND 55,000 NSW HSC students will be able to access their Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) from 9am on Friday 18 December. The ATAR is the rank used by universities to select school leavers for entry into university courses.

Students can access their ATAR on UAC’s website. Students will need their Year 12 student number (or UAC application number) and their UAC PIN to access their ATAR, so we advise students to make sure they have those numbers ready.

Students with questions about their ATAR can call UAC’s ATAR Enquiry Centre on 1300 MY ATAR (1300 692 827), (02) 9119 5012 from mobiles, or +61 2 9119 5012 from overseas, on the following days:

  • Friday 18 December, 8.30am–6pm
  • Saturday 19 December, 8.30am–4.30pm
  • Monday 21 December, 8.30am–4.30pm
  • Tuesday 22 December, 8.30am–4.30pm.

In addition, UAC's Customer Service call centre will be open on Saturday 19 December from 8.30am to 4.30pm to take students' general queries.

Students can change their preferences for the December Round 2 offers until midnight on Saturday 19 December. December Round 2 offers are released at 7.30am on Wednesday 23 December.

For those who haven’t applied, it’s not too late – applications for university study in first semester 2020 are open until Friday 5 February 2021.

For more information about applying to university, visit UAC’s website or call UAC on 1300 275 822 (from mobiles on (02) 9752 0200).
