Apply now and gain a competitive edge with postgraduate study

02 Sep 2026

POSTGRADUATE applications for 2027 are now open through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC), giving professionals an opportunity to gain specialist skills and stay competitive as AI reshapes the world of work.

Through UAC, applicants can explore more than 600 postgraduate courses offered by institutions across NSW and the ACT and apply through one easy online application process.

Whether you want to upskill quickly with a six-month graduate certificate, gain a professional qualification through a one-year diploma or deepen your expertise with a master’s degree, there are options to suit a range of career goals.

Flexible study options, including part-time, online and full-time courses, make it possible to balance postgraduate study with work and other commitments – or immerse yourself fully in your studies.

Courses are also available for commencement in 2026.

Last year UAC helped more than 6,000 professionals take the next step in their careers, with psychology, law, health and teaching among the most popular areas of study.

Whatever your career goal, postgraduate qualifications can provide a competitive edge as the world of work continues to evolve.
