Your offer(s)
You can add up to five (5) course preferences.
If you are listing more than one course, you should list your courses in the order in which you would like to receive an offer.
We'll make you offers to all courses for which you are eligible and competitive.
Offers to lower-level courses
University of Tasmania reserves the right to make an offer to a lower level of study or a different course than the one you've applied for. For example, if you make an application to a Bachelor course and are assessed as not eligible for the course, we may determine that you are eligible for an offer to the Diploma of University Studies.
Upon successful completion of the lower level course, you can articulate into the relevant degree. In many instances credit can be granted for study in the first course undertaken.
Deferring
You can defer your offer for most courses we offer. This means you can postpone the start of your course for up to two years. Please refer to Can I defer or delay my offer to study at the University of Tasmania? for more information.
