The Bachelor of Computing Science (Honours) will see you theorise, design, develop and apply computational theory and software development techniques to produce advanced computer-based solutions. You will work and study in research-based studios, where you will apply your knowledge and skills to real problems in computing and IT.
In your final year of study, you’ll undertake your own honours project, showcasing your research and academic skills. Additionally, this course allows you to pursue further study in the form of postgraduate research.

Industrial training is available as an additional year by enrolling in the Diploma in Information Technology Professional Practice. The Diploma comprises a minimum of nine months’ full-time internship and supporting subjects at UTS.
