This degree provides an understanding of agricultural science and its role in sustainable production and global food security. You will complete a degree core in Agricultural Science, and also select a second major in one of eight cognate majors in areas such as agricultural economics, animal production, food science and soil science and hydrology. Graduates will be equipped with the skills required for professional work in the agriculture sector.

Students enrolled in any course requiring exposure to animals and wildlife, farm visits, animal handling enterprises, or the handling of animal specimens must be protected against Q Fever infection and Tetanus.
