This double degree is designed for undergraduate students wishing to pursue a career in either Engineering or Biomedical Engineering. The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) will provide you with a solid background in mathematics, natural sciences and computing, as well as the knowledge and skills from whichever engineering discipline specialisation you choose. Compliment this with the Master of Biomedical Engineering, where you will learn to apply engineering principles to the development of technologies and solutions in a range of healthcare-related fields.

Practical experience
Students complete at least 60 working days of approved industrial experience as part of all accredited Engineering programs.

Applicants with recent secondary education
Assumed knowledge: Mathematics Extension 1, Physics. For Bioinformatics: Chemistry, Mathematics Extension 1. For Chemical and Chemical Product Engineering: Chemistry, Mathematics Extension 1, Physics. For Software: Mathematics Extension 1.

Portfolio Entry Early Conditional Offer Scheme: This degree is eligible for the Portfolio Entry Early Conditional Offer Scheme. You can submit a portfolio to demonstrate your passion for your chosen degree and receive an early conditional offer with an adjusted ATAR entry requirement. Students are required to submit a video and personal statement conveying their motivation and passion towards studying Engineering, Computer Science or Food Science.
