Primary teacher education.
Primary teacher in metropolitan and country government schools, private school sector, educational researcher, government, business administrator, kindergarten teacher, school management, human resources, educational research.
NSW Education Standards Authority and interstate teacher registration bodies.
80 days of professional experience. Students undertaking a language specialisation are required to complete an additional 20 days of professional experience.

Capability assessment: Applicants for initial teacher education courses must satisfy the School of their suitability for teaching through the satisfactory completion of a non-academic capability assessment.

Assumed knowledge: Any 2 units of English, any 2 units of mathematics.
Recommended Studies: If you are intending on undertaking the Language specialisation, we recommend you have completed any 1 unit of your chosen language at Year 12 level (or overseas equivalent).
