In addition to acquiring fundamental computer science knowledge and skills, students will have the opportunity to specialise in one of three areas: artificial intelligence, cyber security or data science.
Artificial intelligence, big data analytics, computer vision, cyber security, cybercrime and digital forensics, data engineering, data science, data visualis ation, deep learning, ethical hacking and penetration testing, machine learning, natural language processing, network security and cryptography, penetration testing.
Business intelligence developer, cyber security analyst, cyber incident responder, data scientist and analyst, data scientist, ICT business analyst, ICT security specialist, machine learning engineer, systems analyst, software engineer.
Practicum or internship requirements are not applicable to the Bachelor of Computer Science. However, there are opportunities for students to address real-world problems or complete projects in the workplace (WIL) in the courses Industry-linked Project A, Industry-liked Project B and Team Project.
