A Diploma of Health and Wellbeing provides a solid foundation in the principles of health and wellbeing, learning how to promote movement, improve nutrition, and increase human function. You will develop an understanding of how to positively impact all elements of your health and that of others while gaining awareness of how social determinants influence health and recognise health inequities across many population groups.
