Our Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) will help you become a professional psychologist, build a career in a psychology-related field or pursue research. You'll develop strong analytical, research and communication skills by studying foundational subjects that include clinical and health psychology, developmental and social psychology, psychological assessment, intervention and research.
Personalise your degree with minors in human relationships and neuroscience and complement your degree with electives. Our Bachelor of Psychological Science and Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC).

Practical experience
During this course, you will have the opportunity to participate in a Work Based Learning (WBL) placement experience, designed to allow you to extend your formal academic learning beyond the classroom. One of English Advanced (Band 2) or English as an Additional Language or Dialect (Band 3).
Admission criteria
Applicants with recent secondary education
Subject adjustments: Applicants who successfully complete one of the following HSC or equivalent Year 12 subjects will have their selection rank increased by one point per study:
- Band 3 in Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Environmental Science, Engineering Studies, Mathematics Advanced, Mathematics Extension 2, Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE), Physics, Software Design and Development;
- Band 2 in any language other than English.
Selection ranks can be increased by a maximum of five points.
