Combining business with psychological science can give you the skills and knowledge needed to work as a specialist providing advice to organisations on management and personnel issues, and helping them develop training programs, set policies, or manage organisational change.
Accounting, Asian business, behavioural science, business analytics, economics, employment relations, events, finance, financial planning, financial crime investigation and compliance, human resource management, innovation and entrepreneurship, international business, logistics and supply chain management, management, marketing, political science and international relations, real estate and property development, sport management, sustainable business, taxation, tourism and travel.
You’ll be prepared to work in a variety of roles relevant to your chosen specialisation(s) in psychology-related businesses, not-for-profit, government and corporate organisations. You’ll be ideally placed to directly enter a wide range of management positions in business, counselling, and training and development.
Professional recognition will vary depending on your choice of business major. As a Bachelor of Psychological Science graduate, you will be eligible for affiliate membership of the Australian Psychological Society. Further study is required to qualify for provisional registration as a psychologist.
Students must meet all professional practice requirements.
Assumed knowledge: Any two units of English (Band 3).
