The Bachelor of Arts and Entertainment Management provides aspiring entrepreneurs and music industry professionals with the skill-set required for a successful career in the rapidly-evolving entertainment industry. You will master the essentials – from marketing and artist management to music business economics and law, business planning, digital promotions and publishing.
Beyond your core units, you will have the opportunity to gain real-world artist liaison experience through our student-run record label and collaborate with AIM’s community of artists, performers, producers and composers. You will work with leaders in the field, build relationships and create your network via our internship program. You will emerge with the leadership, business design and innovation skills required to successfully operate in music and entertainment.

Applicants who are 21 years of age or older at the time of application are entitled to mature-age consideration.
Mature-age applicants may obtain entry by submitting a digital portfolio and/or attending an interview.
For applicants who do not meet the above criteria, admission may be granted by the Director of Academic Affairs or nominee based on a documented assessment of the applicant's overall ability to undertake the program of study and to achieve the course learning outcomes.

Applications can be submitted up to 12 months prior to your chosen start date, which means that you can complete the application process at a time that works for you.
Current Year 12 students can submit their application and potentially receive a Conditional Offer to study with AIM before their Year 12 exams. Conditional Offers require the student to provide evidence of successful completion of HSC Year 12 (or equivalent) as stated in the Admission Criteria upon receiving their results at the end of the year.
