Diploma in Engineering Extended (Bachelor Pathway): Successful completion of the Diploma will provide students with 1 year credit and admission into the Bachelor of Engineering Science program.

Diploma in Engineering/Bachelor of Engineering Science: Successful completion of the Diploma will guarantee entry into the second year of our Bachelor of Engineering Science program.

Areas of study

On completion of the diploma, students may continue their degree studies in one of the major areas of study at the Penrith campus. Refer to 722550 Bachelor of Engineering Science.

Essential requirements for admission

For extended courses: Entry is open to Australian citizens and permanent residents aged 17 years or over.

Admission criteria

Applicants with recent secondary education

Minimum ATAR: 45.00.

Assumed knowledge: Any 2 units of English, any 2 units of mathematics.

Recommended studies: Physics.
