The Bachelor of Arts (Pathway to Teaching Early Childhood/Primary) provides students with the opportunity to complete an Arts degree with an Arts major, alongside the specialist Birth-5/Birth-12 Education Studies minor.

Graduates of this degree are eligible for entry into the Master of Teaching (Birth - 5 Years / Birth - 12 Years) via the Transition to Teaching pathway. Completion of both the Bachelor and Master programs provides a teaching qualification for Early Childhood and Primary teaching.

Essential requirements for admission

For extended courses: Entry is open to Australian citizens and permanent residents aged 17 years or over and not currently enrolled in or completing Year 12 in the same year of intended admissions.

Minimum ATAR: For integrated and standard diplomas: 45.00.

Recommended studies: Any 2 units of English.
