About

Our Health and Physical Education graduates stand out for their inclusive and holistic understanding of health, physical education, and physical activity.

Graduates can proceed to a Master of Teaching and choose four elective subjects in a minor area of study from other degrees, preferably in mathematics or a science field, as this will expand employment opportunities. The NSW Education Standards Authority can provide advice on subjects required for students to become accredited teachers in this minor area of study. A Master’s (research) program is available to meritorious students as an additional two years study full-time (or equivalent part-time). Graduates can also gain employment directly within the sports industry.
