Combining the Bachelor of Business and the Bachelor of Commerce equips you with a diverse set of skills that you can apply across the global business and finance sector. Practical learning is embedded in both degrees. You’ll be exposed to industry-relevant areas of study in finance, accounting and economics and learn from case studies of real business situations.
This program provides students with the opportunity to increase the depth and breadth of their study in relevant disciplines within business and commerce while completing two degrees over four years of full-time study or part-time equivalent.

The Commerce accounting major is designed to provide accreditation with the major professional bodies in accounting, including CPA Australia, CA Australia and New Zealand, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Association of International Accountants (AIA).
Students will complete 140 hours of supervised placement within their third year of study that will enable them to apply knowledge developed throughout their studies and acquire new knowledge and professional networks to support career readiness. The professional experience placement course provides an opportunity to undertake workplace experience in the desired career field, including business analysis, consulting, project management, marketing, and business development.
