The Diploma of Business (AQF Level 5) is accredited by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA).
This course is designed for students wishing to pursue accounting or business careers in a domestic and international context. You will gain an understanding of key areas of business, including economics, accounting, finance, business management and marketing.
The Diploma of Business is equivalent to the first year of the Bachelor of Business degree.

To qualify for the Diploma of Business award, you must complete 8 units of study with an aggregated 48 credit points (ie 6 credit points per unit).
The estimated annual tuition fee in 2022 is $18,000 (course duration is 1 year, 8 units, $2,250 per unit). Fees are subject to change. Refer to EEI current fee information.
Successful applicants pay an enrolment fee on commencement and then pay tuition fees each trimester for each subject studied.
Application form: You must complete an Undergraduate Application Form and submit it with certified copies of academic statements/reports, proof of identity (eg birth certificate or passport), and any additional supporting documentation
Minimum age: You must be 18 years of age before the course start date.
Interview: You are required to attend an interview with a senior member of EEI staff. This interview will be conducted in person, by phone, or via other available technology. The purpose of the interview is to ensure you have a high chance of success in your chosen course based on identified and potential academic skills, personal resilience, resources, motivation and commitment.
