This four-year course helps students who are interested in exploring a career in robotics and/or network engineering by creating a platform from which to choose your specialisation.

Intelligent Robotics: Build your expertise in the exciting world of robotics and smart machines. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the control and dynamics of machines, industrial robotics, algorithms, smart engineering and more.

Network and Software Engineering: gain in-depth knowledge and skills in the design, development and operation of software-based networked systems, including mobile and wireless data communications networks, network security applications and services relating to cloud computing, big data and multimedia networks.

Professional recognition

Hands-on learning and engagement in real projects such as ‘Engineers without Borders’; minimum 12 weeks of professional work experience and opportunity to undertake further internship with industry, prestigious employers and government agencies.

ACT: Mathematical Methods. NSW: Mathematics Advanced.

Assumed knowledge: Basic knowledge and skills in ICT (Information and Communication Technology); basic numeracy and literacy skills.
