Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Honours)

Studying Landscape Architecture opens a world of possibilities on an international scale as new urban environments all over the world are designed using landscape principles. Our course encourages students to explore the world of design and gain valuable experience within the setting of Australia's national capital – an internationally recognised model design city.

Professional recognition

This course is a prerequisite for professional accreditation from the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA). Professional accreditation applies to graduates of the Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Honours).

Practical experience

All our design studios utilise local sites and work with the community, government, and local landscape architecture offices to give you exposure and experience on real landscape design projects. 

Additional information: The third-year Graduation Studio enables students to contribute to, plan and host their own end-of-year exhibition, showcasing their best work to the general public and the wider design community.

Fees and charges

The Australian Government subsidises the tuition fee for this course. The remaining balance is paid by the student. Current UC fee information.
