This course will help students gain a broad theoretical and technical knowledge in a range of core areas of business, plus the skills necessary to be effective in the changing context of work, organisations and business.
Business, Government and Law (BGL) are the primary institutions that shape our world. Graduates from BGL courses gain a unique insight into the interrelationships and dependencies between these three areas in the context of their specific field of study and the three BGL signature themes of enterprise and innovation, social value and responsibility, and sustainability.
You’ll study how management underpins business operations in different settings and will develop innovative answers to problems facing businesses into the future.
The course will focus your oral and written communication skills through industry-based assignments that reflect real-world business scenarios. Throughout this applied degree, you’ll analyse, review and investigate business problems to provide inventive solutions for private, public and not-for-profit enterprises. You’ll graduate as an agile, multi-skilled business professional with the transferable employability skills and creative abilities to succeed as a manager in whichever sector you choose to explore.
