About

The Diploma of Arts (Arts) is a pathway course into a range of Bachelor degrees in humanities, digital media, visual art and contemporary music. 

This course prepares students with foundational knowledge in the humanities and a specialisation in the Arts. Successful completion enables entry into the Southern Cross University Bachelor of Arts with up to one year of credit towards this degree.

The Diploma is offered through the SCU College. All SCU College students are offered extra support and additional workshops to develop academic skills.

Double degree/Combined degree
The University offers double degrees in law with business, arts, or psychological science, double degrees in business with arts, engineering or information technology, as well as a combined degree in exercise science and psychological science. When you complete a double degree, you are awarded two separate degrees (eg Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts). Combined degrees are multidisciplinary and when completed you are awarded one single degree that has two disciplines (eg Bachelor of Exercise Science and Psychological Science).
