UAC PIN

Your UAC Personal Identification Number (PIN) has four digits.

2016 NSW HSC applicants/ACT Year 12 applicants – in August 2016, your UAC PIN was posted to the address you registered with BOSTES.

All other applicants – your UAC PIN is the first four digits of your date of birth (day and month). For example, if your birthday is 3 October, your UAC PIN is 0310; if your birthday is 17 May, your UAC PIN is 1705.

You'll need your UAC PIN to:

  • check your ATAR (if you're a 2016 NSW HSC or ACT Year 12 applicant)
  • apply for tertiary study
  • use Check & Change to check your offer (or change your preferences).

Keep your UAC PIN in a safe and secure place and don't give your UAC PIN to anyone else. We recommend that you change your UAC PIN using Check & Change after you've applied.
