Including all of the information requested below will allow UAC staff to answer your query promptly. For urgent matters, call us between 8.30am and 4.30pm (Sydney time.) Lost UAC PINs or application numbers: For privacy reasons, we cannot re-issue your UAC PIN or application number through this enquiry service. If you've already applied, go to 'Your application', click 'Manage your application' and select 'Forgotten your UAC PIN?'. Otherwise, call or visit UAC: once we've identified you we can re-issue your number.
